During O-Week, your O-Week group will serve as your introduction to Jones College. The advisors were selected through a competitive process in the spring by the coordinators and have been dying to meet each and everyoneevery one of you. Each of them will serve as your best friend/chauffeur/general source of information for your first week and weeks to come. In fact, you will spend pretty much all of O-Week with your advisors at your side. You, along with the other new students in your group, will spend the entire week in your O-Week group learning more about Rice and about Jones as your residential college and home for the next 4 years.
